Rose Grange Fencing Guidelines
Fencing must be located on both side and rear boundaries but not along the front boundary.
Front fences, if desired, must be of an pen construction, for example open painted pickets, powder coated metal pickets with columns etc. and the colours match the colours of the house. Maximum height for the front fences is 1.5 metres
Side fences forward of the building line must match the front fence (If any) If no front fence is constructed, side fences on the side boundaries are not permitted to project beyond the building line of the house.
Unless otherwise specified by the developer, all side and rear fences must be a minimum of 1.63 metres high and constructed of treated timber palings and are to be approved by the Rose Grange Design panel.
Where a lot sides on to a reserve (eg park land, skeleton Creek reserve) a high quality feature fence 1.8m high along the side boundary adjacent to the reserve will be constructed by the developer. The difference between the cost of the feature fence and the cost of a standard 1.63m high treated timber paling fence will be met by the developer.
