Sanctuary Lakes Fencing Guidelines

The Sanctuary lakes fencing Code has been developed to ensure a cohesive and attractive approach to fencing throughout the resort, aiming to maintain an open and relaxed environment whilst retaining your privacy.

High Side Boundary Fencing: High double-sided paling fence between properties, building and side boundaries.

Standard Side fence, should be a High timber fence to no more than 50% of side boundaries.

Boulevard fence should be a low fence along entry road and returning to building alignment.

Golf Course Fence should be low fence along boundary returning to building alignment.

Parkland Fence can be either high or low front fence to parkland, reserve and canal.
